Pros
Company name known in the industry which helps to open new doors. Service large range of industry which helps in sales. Technical support was available via email in the USA.
Cons
Can say that they hire managers and not leaders. CRM was religion and more important than face to face customer visits. Product technology was not advanced still using 1980's filtration technology and wanting to increase sales. Faults were reported in the system but answers to customers were never given. This resulted in customers going to Hydac.
