1) Not racially diverse and inclusive - almost everyone from the top till mid range is from a single race and almost everyone speaks in Chinese language here, which is a huge disadvantage for non Chinese language speakers. 2) The rules for “Work From Home” is a little bit too strict and feels like as if the company does not trust the employees enough. 3) The HR here is not strong enough, there’s only two of them and anything related to HR is almost always delayed here.
