Pros

1 Dollar Health Insurance $4 Lunch Great People Using the system for our payroll is great, especially GONE (Auto-approval for time off requests) and BETI (approve your own check) Good Family Leave Maternity rooms for nursing mothers

Cons

Ended Flex-hours, so not great for working parents Traffic is very bad, especially after the new building opened, and ending the mid-shifts only made it worse as more people have the exact same shift. Some unexpected mandatory overtime this year, causing pre-made plans to need to be cancelled. Understaffed, (was on a hiring freeze for 6+ months) so several people are over their work capacity. Leadership sometimes struggles to understand their team's needs/makes decisions that make their team's jobs harder (while making incorrect assumptions on what would make things easier, causing the team to have twice as much work fixing those changes.) The general push towards more and more AI is scary, as a person who strongly believes relying so much on AI will make us less intelligent/more dependent/unable to complete tasks ourselves without AI's assistance.

Pros

You can make a lot of money if you are in the right territory and have a good client base that hasn’t been oversold by previous AMs. The training is very good and you will make good friends! The people they hire are smart and fun to be around

Cons

If there has been high turnover in your territory it will be hard to sell as the clients have products that have not been properly implemented and are likely gun shy to purchase. It will also depend how “over promised/under delivered” their experience with new business is. The work/life balance can, and probably will, become very toxic. You are on the road constantly if you have a travel heavy territory which makes it difficult to get admin work done during business hours. You will be working before and/or after work - probably on the weekends as well. Ask for transparency in your territory assignment. You want to know how far your furthest client is as you will have to go see them in person at some point
