As the company continues to grow and evolve, processes and priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability is important. Communication across departments can sometimes be challenging in a large organization, but that often comes with the scale of a growing company. Advancement opportunities are available, though employees typically need to be proactive, consistent, and willing to take on new challenges to stand out. At the same time, those demands can push employees to discover their potential and grow beyond what they thought possible. It is uncommon to stay in your comfort zone for long periods of time, but that often keeps the work engaging and rewarding.
