      transparent leadership team and open-door type policy with the ability to share ideas and collaborate that benefit you, your team, department or the organization. The opportunities are truly endless when it comes to leadership opportunities, pay, learning, leadership and your own success. You have the flexibility to manage your protected portfolio of clients and build relationships with c-levels.

      Cons

      As a new hire, you do need to devote time to get familiar with the organization, products, sales processes, etc., but you are very much setup for success once training is complete.

      Pros

      The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

      Cons

      The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.
