- If you care about working remotely in any capacity, look somewhere else. The execs have shown that they REALLY want the peons in office given the switch from 1 day in office to 3/2 - 2/3 rotation. Highly doubt they won't try to force devs in office 5 days a week given how badly they treated QA. - Lack of planning recently and rushed deadlines. As part of the return to office, it was announced that part of the reason was to be able to prepare for "new, and exciting projects". That's great and all... except for the fact that for the projects we've had recently, we've had barely any time to plan, we're thrown deadlines that isn't possible without overtime, and we're constantly getting new / changing requirements. Really great experience right here. - The company really cares about your mental health... yeah not really. The technical department (dev/QA) was given the announcement for return to office in November/December, in the middle of the holiday season. How much time did they give QA before they had to return to office 5 days a week? A few weeks. Way to go team! Instead of enjoying the festivities, you gotta go figure out if you gotta move, find a new job, etc.
