they are not loyal to their employees at all, i just got fired along with with 100 devs (allegedly) for WFH on office days for a few days throughout the year for health related issues (with no warnings or nothing). after their stock dropped in Q4 they were just looking for any reason to get rid of employees instead of fixing the actual issue.
work is very stressful and you will spend months looking at the same module just to understand what's going on, and once you think you are comfortable with the code and feel like you can solve any problem they will fire you for their benefits, it's honestly sad how they can do that to you.
pay is relatively low
they always promise something and change up when it benefits them.
always remember HR is not for the people
