I have been working at Peninsula full-time

    Pros

I have worked with Peninsula in the health and safety department for approximately three years, over this time I have seen an unbelievable amount of growth, which has led to opportunities for employees to progress their careers throughout the business. I have found that Peninsula recognises, in most cases its employees are its greatest asset and the company tries hard to retain those who are motivated and demonstrate...

    Cons

Structured salary increases relating to performance are not across all areas of each department.

    Advice to Management

Keep on investing in those improvement opportunities to ensure that our systems match our service delivery.

I have been working at Peninsula full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I’ve unfortunately had to resign from my field based position due to personal reasons but I cannot leave without saying what a wonderful employer Peninsula are. For such a large company they really do care about you as an individual and the support and understanding I have received from my Regional Manager, well I will never forget it. From the point of joining Peninsula, you are given all the tools and support to get...

I have been working at Peninsula full-time

    Pros

On starting with Peninsula more than 5 years ago, it seemed like the company to be with, getting additional perks due to length of service, work hard and get the rewards, then it all stops, no pay increase.

    Cons

Peninsula employees have to rely on referrals to make any difference to their pay, as in all the tome I have worked for the company I have not received 1 pay increase, not even to cover the cost of living.

    Advice to Management

Try to reduce staff turnover by giving at least a cost of living increase every now and again.
