      Unclear strategy that changes every year, people in firefighting mode. Maybe no one really knows what to do.

      Pros

      Used to be a wonderful place to work before being bought out.

      Cons

      There is no feeling of teamwork anymore. Management could be quite nasty and favoritism ran high. New manager seemed to like running things like it was a third world country.
