- Training program is excellent -Enough time to learn on the job - Compensation is at power with other player in the industry - Sales role is always challenging but with kind of support the team provides is just great

It was my first job so no negatives since there was nothing else to compare personally. - Management must to do some benchmarking against the competition to make the life of the sales team easy
