      Pros

      Comfortable culture, global businesses. Fantastic relationship with Financial Analyst community. How else to explain a stock P/E comparable to industry standards when organic growth is only 3% compared to industry standard of 18%+??

      Cons

      No R&D investment, stale products, emphasis is on cost cutting instead of innovation, mediocre leadership team. Lack of a visionary CEO. How many successful high-tech companies are run by an ex-CFO?

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
