      Great employees, Good products, and customers appreciate that you go the extra mile. Salary is decent

      Cons

      Severely understaffed and high expectations of upper management make work-life balance non-existent. Stress levels are high as no proper training is provided, and you must learn everything on the job. There is nowhere to move up in the company either.

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
