First of all we would like to thank you for sharing your concerns with us here and for being with us for that long. We value feedback from our employees a lot, positive as well as negative. It’s nice that you mention the motivation to grow. We try to stimulate that. In becoming operationally excellent, it is essential to learn and to build capabilities, as well as to continuously build on our growth and performance culture. We take it very seriously that you mentioned the way we treat people in the interview process. We don’t want anyone to feel mistreated, obviously. Our goal is to foster a work environment in which all of our people’s ideas, knowledge, perspectives, experiences and styles are valued.
