HORRIBLE on-boarding experience - there's nobody to assist you will all of the different internal sites you must visit to set up everything you'll need. You don't need even know everything you need to set you because there's nobody to assist you. You're not given a checklist or a meeting with an HR rep to assist you.
No IT department - everything is outsourced - you have to set up your own laptop and if there's a problem, good luck. The instructions they send you contain a web address if you encounter problems - but NO phone numbers. It's kind of hard to access a web address for assistance if you can't get on your laptop. I sat for 3 days with no laptop - which means i could literally do NOTHING - and everybody I spoke with said that 3 days was actually good - many people sat for weeks!
Too many different internal sites to access everything - nothing is clear - you basically have to hope someone can help you navigate all of the intricacies.
