they definitely have good benefits

Cons

shame based community,felt unsupported from the beginning,training is very inadequate, but management expects 3 days training will get you as competent as a 40 year veteran employee.

Company culture is friendly and helpful!

Cons

The manager didnt want me to interact with anybody in the team. I was supposed to report direct to the manager! She didnt have any projects planned for me and everyday was like a sword on my neck! There was nothing aligned and it was hard to figure out what had to be done!
