      Pros

      Some positions are hybrid allowing for onsite/offsite combination. Everyone I have met has tried to help me, none have tried to judge or critsize me. The on-boarding process was easy and completely painless. I had assigned training along with a buddy to help me through everything. Pay is in-line with industry for positions. Diversity and differences are celebrated. Company is completely transparent from line workers to CEO.

      Company culture is friendly and helpful!

      Cons

      The manager didnt want me to interact with anybody in the team. I was supposed to report direct to the manager! She didnt have any projects planned for me and everyday was like a sword on my neck! There was nothing aligned and it was hard to figure out what had to be done!
