In a culture as corrupt as Philips, leaders and managers don't know what they are doing and only care about their career prospects and how to please their bosses in every decision they make. Favoritism is rampant and there is a leadership meltdown or coup every few years. It appears as though no one in the local leadership in Canada cares about direct reports or their customers but they are good at coming up with empty buzzwords. It's a disgusting culture.
