- Discriminatory practices: Pinterest requires each role to interview a certain amount of people from "under represented groups" but, don't want to necessary hire them. They will hire you just to make excuses to why you didn't meet the mark. I promise that you can do everything right, work long hours, be a "team player" and still get cut. Diversity & Inclusion is a joke! It's disgusting. Please be careful if you don't classify as "White" or "Asian". Please look them up before deciding, I wish I had.
