-great culture (but slowly changing due to short staffed, workload, stress and so on). -good company perks (before, company is slowly removing benefits) -Supportive management (team I work with is supportive somehow)
Cons
-A lot of uncertainties and surprises from upper management. -Pay is not competitive, try look somewhere else -Career progression is poor
