Still some good people despite the massive attrition. For Now.
Cons
Intentionally pushing out existing employees so they can bring in new "high performance, entry level" people for cheaper. They are doing this by stripping benefits and compensation without any mitigating factors. Effectively cutting everyone's pay by %10-15,(through the loss of employee paid premiums) and if you have been here for a few years, then its more like a %40+ pay cut because of the loss of equity on top. The mission for democratizing tech skills has been gutted. Morale is low, attrition is incredibly high. I don't know anyone out of my remaining colleagues who see themselves here long term. This is no longer a great place to work. I have a bad outlook on the future based on current decisions and deception from leadership. Heartbreaking.
