Pros

Unlimited PTO is good at least.

Cons

Pluralsight has had a lot of trouble of the past few years, and leadership changes have happened to reflect that. Unfortunatley the new regime is very cliquish, and the culture has turned very toxic toward anyone not in the "in-group". The reality is this company is on a downward trend and the people in charge are more looking to find blame than create solutions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback. I recognize the past few years have been challenging for both the company and our team members and I understand your frustration. We still have a lot of work to do to improve our culture but it’s something me and the rest of the leadership team are committed to. Our recent employee engagement survey showed a 10-point increase to our eNPS since last quarter–a strong signal that we are heading in the right direction. Hearing that you’re experiencing a toxic and cliquey culture is disheartening and not something we stand for. If you’re open to it, I’d love to have an open conversation about your experience and explore ways we can improve together. We’re committed to continuous improvement, and your experience is an important part of that. - Beckey Woodard Cole (Chief People Officer)
