8moThank you for sharing your perspective and I’m sorry to hear your experience has been so negative. I acknowledge we’ve had a lot of change over the years which has caused some frustration. I want to emphasize that our leadership team is confident in where we’re headed and how we’re going to get there.
At Strategy Day last month we shared our key priorities and you’ll continue to get transparent updates from leaders about those priorities. We also discussed the new concept of “Big Rocks,” which are the critical actions each ELT member needs to take over the next 90 days to drive the business forward. This alignment is critical to executing against our priorities and setting the business up for long-term success. If you are unsure about how you can contribute to this strategy, I encourage you to reach out to your leader.
A quick note on compensation: while structures can vary by segment, commissions are always paid based on attainment. If you have questions about your variable compensation, please reach out to your leader.
While I don’t think I’ll be able to change your feelings with this response, I do hope that you’ll give your business partner or myself a chance to discuss some of your concerns in more detail and try to turn things around. My door is always open.
