As a former NFL athlete I have quite a different perspective than most. I have been with Power for a year and a half as a remodeling consultant. As odd as it sounds, being in the office and being around committed and positive people makes "work" seem like an oxymoron. The people that are chosen to work at Power are people that would be my friends outside of the job. Bringing similar minded people together that want to have fun and be a success, is the best atmosphere I've been in. You are surrounded by people that only want the best for you and are willing to do whatever they can to help you grow and become better. Another PRO of the company is the amount of recognition you receive from management. If you are doing the job to the best of your ability and are being successful, your accomplishments are posted and recognized on PTV (power TV). Power TV is are network that runs 24/7/365, and recognizes the top people in the company at each position. The last Pro is a combination of two things, Individual Growth Opportunity/Compensation.
