Pros
Power HRG is a group of like-minded people who are there to make things happen; therefore, if someone is looking to just slide by under the radar, they won't make it. In a company of DOers the expectation is that you will do your job and do it well. With that comes some things that would shock most companies: 1) Power is very clear on what is expected of you and your role in achieving the company's goals. 2) When you achieve your goals and perform as expected or above, you are rewarded handsomely and immediately. 3) Your coworkers genuinely want to see you succeed and find a long term role at their side. Power is a team. A team that each of its members can be and are proud of because it is changing the remodeling industry. We are doing it by holding no one but ourselves to a standard higher than anyone else. If you are a DOer, you'll fit right in and your life will never be the same :)
Cons
It's not a 9 to 5 kind of job. Power becomes a lifestyle and a mindset. As a read a lot of reviews, people complain about the work/life balance and how Power demands so much which is absolutely true. Power demands 110% of your EFFORT. If you've ever played a sport, so did your coach. No coach ever told their players, "I'll be happy with you giving me 75% effort while you are at practice and never working out or practicing on your own time." Not one. Power is the same way because it is a team of people working together. Power people count on one another and work hard because they do it for each other. Sure, it's demanding, but it gets easier as you mature and discover your own strengths (which Power will help you do). All Power really requires is effort and the side effect of giving an effort at your job is becoming more efficient at it, easier hours, and better pay.
