      I Can Give It No Stars Is Possible -Too Much Work For The Pay -Schedule Varies Every Week -Felt Like A Slave -They Want You To Make 12 Itiems In Less Then A Hour -Management Is Horrible -Misscomunication -Low Pay For The Job -Too Many Unreasonable Rules And Restrictions -They Expect You Not To Have A Life While Working There -People Quit Every Day -No Fairness DO NOT WORK THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!! DONT LET THEM LIE TO YOU WITH THE PAY OF $10 A HOUR NOT WORTH IT I FELT MISTREATED, FELT LIKE A SLAVE, THEY LOWERED MY SELF ESTEEM BY TELLING ME I DONT WORK HARD ENOUGH EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE FIRST ON TO FINISH. THIS JOB SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE DEPT OF LABOR

      My experience working at Pret A Manger as a Team Leader was extremely stressful. During the hiring process, I was told I would have at least one weekend day off, but that promise was not kept. The workload was overwhelming. The company frequently operated while short-staffed, and there was constant pressure to work double shifts. The pay did not reflect the level of responsibility expected of a Team Leader. Another issue was the work culture. If you called out sick or needed time off, there was often pressure to come in, even on your scheduled days off. I also did not enjoy the location where I worked, and I did not feel that the company valued or respected its employees.

      You get free food the only good part of working here.
