The culture before the Scottish MD took charge

The Scottish MD managed to run a somewhat reputable organisation into the ground and inevitably closure (Actions speak louder than words, if you're looking for a public speaker hire him but if you're looking for an MD, AVOID him at all costs). He would interrogate you and direct a personal character attack if you handed in your notice. Through his lack of leadership most of the billing Senior & Principle consultants left due to changing the culture too quickly. If asked what happened to the Sthree Australian offices they should just put a picture of him up. Such a shame as it was a place whereby usually you would feel proud to be a part of.
