Pros

Free food events, gym at location

Cons

Employes are not treated like humans, PTO policy should be illegal. 4 hours per pay period and no sicn leave at all, leadership is terrible and talks about wanting to be best in class and offer the best services and wants to improve quality of life of all they serve but what about their employes?

Pros

I believe the company really cares about their employees by way of providing excellent health benefits and holding events to raise morale and make us all feel like a team. I think the investments made to help/improve leadership actually yields great results and directly impacts team members.

Cons

I think expanding holidays to match the standard U.S. holiday calendar would be really great. Different family members (with different employers) have very similar holiday calendars, like the federal reserve, and it allows everyone to gather together but sometimes I am not able to share in the family time when I am the only one that is not off from work. Not a huge set back, but that is truly the only thing I dislike about working at ProPeer.

Pros

So far, I appreciate the support from our upper leadership, particularly our QA in terms of assisting us in working on our cases. If we need clarification/verification on some cases, we get the response in a professional and timely manner. I also feel that we are given enough time to accomplish our task, that makes us perform our work achieving quality in the task that we do. I also feel that we are not micromanaged, just enough push to get us through the day. Also, we have needs outside work and so far, we have received support in terms of giving us time to accomplish our errands; for example, if we need to go to doctor's appointments or family emergencies, they have been supportive in letting us manage those important things that need to be done while still meeting our work hours. (We use PTO in those missed work times).

Cons

A more generous time of PTO hours will be great to provide more work-life balance to the employees. Currently, the company offers only 4 hours per paycheck. Also, it would be great if you offer 4/10s workdays; 4 days/ 10 hours so employees have the time to run errands during weekdays (e.g doctor's appointments, attend school activities for kids) without using PTO hours, or open up part-time positions (20 - 24-hour workdays/week).
