Incredibly unprofessional company. I was basically bullied by the two women that interviewed me, that seemed inexperienced in the workforce based on their behavior. The interview process was so quick that it was a red flag. There was a request for a phone screening, that turned into a video interview within a 24 hour period, then I was asked to come in for an in person interview the same day. What leads me to believe that the interview was a waste, was that the women interviewing did not even write down the answers I provided to their questions. They were literally scribbling on their papers. It was ridiculous.
It was a total waste of time going through the motions for a position that seemed like it had a pre-selected group of people set up to get the job already. I've been in the workforce for over ten years and had my fair share of interviews so it was easy to spot the red flags here.
