We shall ensure that your feedback is heard by the right people, in the aim of improving our support for team members. We aim to support rewarding careers for everyone however we acknowledge that cleaning is not always an aspect of the job role which is enjoyable, but must maintain the standards PureGym pride ourselves in, for our members. We do consider the rent charged for Personal Trainers carefully, but can appreciate this can be challenging, especially as you are establishing a PT business within the club. Pros

The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Cons

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
