      PureGym is a great company to work for, they put there people first and as the fastest growing gym chain in the UK there is plenty of opportunity to grow your career. Great working environment Good solid internal development programs opportunity move/ progress into other areas of the company

      From time to time you may have to work unsociable/ long hours.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
