      - Great atmosphere (most of the time) - Amazing members and community

      Cons

      - Do feel taken advantage of: minimum wage (less than if you take out rent) and worked really hard with classes and manual resets. - Guilt tripped when taking time off: even when injured. - No return for effort you put in for classes - High turnover of staff - Takes 1 month to reduce hours: not quick enough turn around if PT business is growing

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
