Pros
Good benefits. Generous time off. A lot of truly talented colleagues who genuinely want to work together to do good work and help the company succeed.
Cons
Senior leadership lacks vision. Many senior leaders are clearly out of their depth. Salaries are low compared with other companies. Excellent work is rarely rewarded with promotion; to move up, someone above you basically needs to leave or die. Since the acquisition of HSNi, work-life balance is a thing of the past.
