Cons
They planned to move a department from Kent to Hampshire. They did not work out what problems or how much it would realistically cost they might face with moving equipment. The upper management seem focused on some strategy that leaves everyone else wondering if they have a strategy. They had this on line thing called 'Getting to know Q'. It seemed to me to be getting to know more about some idiot. This seemed to be the ethos of the company. They upper management do not understand the people at the bottom who have rising bills and don't know how they are going to pay them. If you have been made redundant a job is better than none. If you are in a job and it looks to be stable I would not make the move to QinetiQ.
