      - Great group of people to work with across the organization - Can work from home - Office has catered lunch (once a week) - Corporate events (with charitable donations)

      - Work/life balance - Not enough career advancement opportunities

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.
