      Qlik truly stands out because of its people. You get to work with some of the most talented, supportive colleagues you could ask for. There are amazing opportunities to collaborate across different teams and functions, which gives you great exposure and keeps the work dynamic and interesting. Career development is strongly supported, and if you’re motivated, the sky really is the limit in terms of growth and advancement.

      Cons

      As a remote-first environment, the flexibility is great, but it can occasionally feel a bit lonely without the in-person connection of an office setting.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.
