      Pros

      San Diego! Tons of the engineers go surfing at lunch, you get great housing in La Jolla. Everyone I met was really welcoming, and always willing to help. Interns get real projects, so you feel like you're contributing a meaningful way to the company.

      Cons

      None, there were tons of perks and company events throughout the summer around San Diego.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
