      good salary and good opportunity to grow. I'm learning a lot and in a very little time I became independent in my work

      You work too much, sometimes the work life balance is very poor. The dependency from San Diego and Bangalore it can be really stressful

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
