Very talented management in the Cork site Aloud to decline any meetings past 6pm As a new grad, you are trusted with very cool projects Couldn't imagine learning more anywhere else Good atmosphere with young, friendly teammates Extra days off given this year due to Covid Wfh plans for the return to office are very flexible
Cons
Most people in the office start later in the day and finish later which does not suit me personally Salary reviews are only held once a year so if you are unhappy with the increase its a long time until it changes
