      Good pay . Good reward for hard work through promotion or Bonuses etc . Open door policy and Work from Home option.

      Cons

      No work life balance . More managers than Technical People . In some groups work is more like copy paste job simply execution .

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
