Pros
High quality coworkers who are all driven and very intelligent. Flexible work hours and situations. Used to be great benefits, pay, workplace but some of that is changing.
Cons
The most political workplace I've ever been in. Connections seem to matter more than productivity. There are too many people with no experience in charge trying to show the business value of often intangible things. Hidebound process and business structure prevents true effectiveness.
