Pros

Passionate environment about the company, strong loyalty Access to different technologies to get the job done Competitive salaries Good balance of work and play Allow to work from home if need be Free drinks Multiple gym locations Multiple cafeterias A library A medical clinic onsite with MD, not just nurses Involved human factors team Free shuttle service Stock Grants and bonuses are pretty darn good Area is not a crowded as other tech hubs like Silicon Valley Relatively small company compared to other chip competitors

Cons

A select few managers are politicians not passionate technologists or designers tarnishing the dynamic of innovation Its true, you have to struggle hard to earn a promotion or compensation No academic compensation or professional development compensation Company spans multiple buildings instead of a consolidated campus making proximity an issue
