      The salary is very good. In fact staff are overpaid compared with other similar companies in the same region.

      The actual work is not very exciting, as the office is a small remote office compared with the headquarter.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
