Pros
Great energy with colleagues of similar ages, nicely decorated office shared with an interior design firm, open-concept office so was easy to speak to each other
Cons
No system in place, no clear scope, no clear directions given more like a "just do what I say" environment. Have to record your every move in a timesheet. High turnover rate. Don't trust everything you see.
