Pros

Get to meet lovely people, even if they are mostly working for free

Cons

Firstly, all the positive reviews on this site are written by Human Resources, whos job it is to find young 'interns' who work for free for anything up to a full year! After that, they get minimum wage for doing a job worth four times as much. They are constantly ripping off clients, they leed brands into thinking that they are going to tell their clients about them but they do not. Instead, they just take money and the clients never hear anything about the event. The bubble will need to burst at some point!

Bullying and humiliation

Pros

Lots of opportunity to become involved in a variety of great projects. Of course working within the luxury lifestyle sector is an enormous plus .A very entrepreneurial environment .

Cons

A embedded culture of bullying , fist banging , and profanities from the directors. Their dictatorial management style is outdated and results in tears from staff everyday. The teams are inexperienced. There are no best practices to share as nobody is experienced enough to try and professionalise the business model is not investable without the social connections of the directors. truly the worse place I have ever worked.

Worst Company I Have Ever Worked For

Pros

There are some perks - invites to cool events, freebies from suppliers, the brand is quite glamorous (from the outside....) which might look good on your CV for future roles.

Cons

Where to start? Speaking from someone who was at mid-management level and having seen how things operate at the top level - the company is a complete joke. The management are a laughing stock; 3 posh boys from privileged backgrounds who decided to start a company... and that's about where their expertise ends. All they care about is money so morals, producing a quality service and employing high calibre individuals went out the window a long time ago. Clients are pulling their hair out and in many territories outside London, Quintessentially has such a bad reputation that other companies refuse to work with them. Slowly but surely the cracks are forming but I don't think the founders will care as they will just sell up and sack it off to someone else. Oh and the money is dire.
