      Pros

      Great People--worked with some truly stellar folks. Smart People--some real brainiacs with fascinating ideas. Casual office environment Sense of "we're all in this together" among peers. Definite sense of pride in the work.

      Cons

      Management has little to no direction in terms of where the company is headed It all comes down to the mighty billable hour. If you're not billable, well... No investment in nurturing the existing talent. Lots of great talent that is grossly underutilized Atmosphere of unease and job insecurity. Lots of turnover, several rounds of layoffs.

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Cons

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
