This company was less than impressive day one. Corporate and field was incomunicado and disorganized. Personnel was not familiar with their own requirements and constantly argued concerning procedures. Senior management were incompetent for their rolls and focused on themselves and not their responsibilities. The entire organization were in over their heads, do not understand construction and consistently hired personnel not capable, either by experience or knowledge, of conducting their responsibility. Senior management was not concerned with employee’s health or welfare and refused to acknowledge employee complaints or suggestions, often brushing anything of as “you should stay in your lane” when any mention of their neglect of their responsibilities. They allowed other to humiliate them in meetings, developing a lack of faith in their ability. Senior management also allowed a consultant to berate personnel in meetings and expected submissive response, which created an extremely hostile workplace. Most of the staff has been released, has accepted other offers or are currently looking to remove themselves from this unethical company. In 30 years this company was the only to achieved my personal award for the worst level of clear incompetence. Do not recommend to anyone to tarnish your reputation and resume with this firm.
