As complex as they try to market the service offerings of Randstad, at the end of the day, it's a staffing firm. The industry is quickly being viewed as a commodity and most customers are seeking resources for the lowest price as quickly as possible, with a willingness to sacrifice on quality. Randstad's approach is a quality, speed and price model. Talent is excellent and available, but generally at a premium price.
