Pros

I get a weekly paycheck. Most of the Randstad employees are friendly. If I thought REALLY hard, I could think of more pros.

Cons

I have been on a single assignment for many months, and no one at Randstad calls or emails me just to see how things are going with the assignment. Also, an email was received recently stating that there has been a change in policy. Starting with Memorial Day, 2013, I will no longer receive holiday pay. In the months I have worked for them, I don't believe they paid me for holidays on a consistent basis. I was always short pay for holiday weeks. I would like to leave Randstad in the NEAR future, however, I am not able to do so until I am more financially stable.
