      Pros

      Vacation time is generous. Under good managers, work life balance can exist. Under good managers, good promotion opportunities exist for top performers. Well-designed offices. Good technical support. Some very good long-term employees.

      Cons

      Many incompetent managers. Poor long term strategy with new senior management. Shrinking market, making it difficult to make a profit as a branch.

      Pros

      My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
