Learn the ropes of the technology industry and how it works from the inside out. Learn how to manage your own career by helping to manage others. Work with some of the most notable companies in existence, and learn what makes them successful.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but you MUST be 100% committed to be successful. Very crowded industry. Becomes very routine after a while. Not a ton of training given. Lack of communication with internal employees. Not all branches have strong leadership. Promote a "churn and burn" culture, although they are getting more progressive in their approach.
